Because the experience is designed differently. Appointments are spaced so no one is rushed. Consultations happen sitting across a table, not only in the chair. Treatment plans are explained with your own X-rays and photographs, in plain language, with written estimates. It is dentistry at a considered pace — closer to a design studio's way of working than a walk-in clinic's.
