“A patient who understands their mouth makes better decisions than one who is simply told what to do.”

Treatment philosophy
Three principles run through every case at Kiansh:
- Explain first. You see what the doctor sees — the X-ray, the gum measurements, the options — before any decision is asked of you.
- Foundation before finish. Gums and bone are treated before crowns, implants or cosmetic work, because that order is what makes results last.
- Treat what needs treating. No inflated treatment plans. If watching and reviewing is the right option, that is what is advised.
How he works with patients
Consultations are appointment-based and deliberately unhurried. Questions are welcome — including "do I really need this?" — and estimates are given in writing before treatment begins. Patients managing diabetes or other conditions that affect gum and implant health receive coordinated, realistic guidance rather than one-size-fits-all instructions.
